Home Remedy For Gas trouble …
There are many reasons to form gas in human stomach ranging from indigestion to empty stomach…some are because of their food habits and drinking of alcohol also a reason for gas trouble..
Take 1 glass of water and add half tea spoon of currum seeds and add some amount of black salt mix it well and have r after meal it will give better results for gastric trouble
Take a bowl of hot water and add some turmeric power and add pinch of salt in that water and drink turmeric having anti inflammatory properties also..and this also useful for gastric problems too
Drink a cup of ginger tea as needed to soothe your stomach and get rid of indigestion. Other options include sucking on ginger candy, drinking ginger ale, or making your own ginger water. Boil one or two pieces of ginger root in four cups of water. Add flavor with lemon or honey before drinking.
Take 1/2 teaspoon of crushed fennel seed in water and allow it to boil for 10 minutes before drinking. Drink fennel tea whenever you experience indigestion. Another option is to chew fennel seed after meals if certain foods cause indigestion.
Take a glass of water and do boil . Now, take a few garlic cloves into the water. Add a few black pepper corns and cumin seeds. Let it boil for couple of minutes and then take it off the fire. Strain the drink and let it cool. Drink this thrice day.
Baking soda can balance the stomach acid quickly and relieve indigestion, bloating, and gas after eating. For this remedy, add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to 4 ounces of warm water and drink.
